Our service team of four engineers are also mobile with a fleet of vehicles to come to you directly. We provide direct service up to 50 miles from our address (BS40 5DJ)
We charge 75p per journey mile on a round trip basis, which means that it would cost £1.50 if you were a mile away or £75.00 if you were at our current 50 mile service limit. This cost truly reflects the cost of a trained engineer travelling in a service vehicle. The limit is set for economy and effectiveness although we do have other service partners so please enquire if you need a distant solution.
We carry loan equipment so that if a workshop repair be necessary we can keep you in coffee at no extra charge.
Our on-site time is charged at £25.00 per hour charged in increments of a quarter of an hour, to keep costs as reasonable as possible. All prices exclude parts and V.A.T.
All our work is warranted for a period of three months. In the unlikely event of failure we will naturally repair without charge.
